2. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payment Processing: All payments made on Ahirwar Vivaah are securely processed through the Phonepe gateway. The legal entity handling these transactions is Ahirwar Vivaah

  • Subscription Fees: Premium memberships and other paid services on AhirwarVivaah require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Billing Details: The billing descriptor on your payment statements will reflect Ahirwar Vivaah as the merchant, and the transaction will be facilitated by Phonepe.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. Refund requests are subject to the terms outlined therein, and any disputes should be directed to our customer support.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and payment.
  • Users agree to abide by all laws and regulations applicable to the use of our services and the Phonepe gateway.

5. Security

  • We prioritize the security of your payment information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Phonepe. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from transactions processed through Phonepe should be directed to our support team at ahirwarvivaah@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue in accordance with our policies.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Madhya Pradesh, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandla/MadhyaPradesh
