  Users who purchase a plan with a specific duration (e.g., 30 days, 60 days) can cancel the plan at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current plan period, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the plan.
  To cancel a paid plan:

  • Select the option to cancel your plan and follow the instructions.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to free membership status once the current plan period ends.

2. One-Time Services Cancellation

For one-time services or purchases (e.g., profile boosts, highlights):

• These services are typically delivered immediately upon purchase, and therefore, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
